Dr. Tatiana Khrom is fellowship-trained and board certified in dermatology. She provides a full range of cosmetic and surgical dermatological services.
Dr. Khrom’s birthplace is Ukraine, and she came to the United States in 1988 with her family. Her commitment and natural skills were evident early on, as she earned a dual major in biochemistry and philosophy from New York University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. Next, she attended SUNY Downstate School of Medicine, where she was at the top of her graduating class and was invited to the exclusive Alpha Omega Alpha medical honors society.
Upon completion of medical school, Dr. Khrom completed a year-long internal medicine internship with Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. Next, she went on to SUNY Downstate Medical Center where she served her dermatology residency. She was invited to the United States Procedural Dermatology’s prestigious Graduate Medical Education fellowship program, during which she trained in Mohs micrographic surgery, cosmetic surgery, facial reconstruction, and advanced laser surgery techniques. She was selected to be among the first participants in the groundbreaking program, due to her outstanding achievements.
Dr. Khrom is honored to be recognized as a GAIN trainer by Galderma, the developers of Restylane, Sculptra, Dysport, and other injectables. In her role, she shares her expertise with other clinicians to help them use these products safely and effectively for optimal results. Furthermore, she has been honored as an Elite Practitioner by Merz Aesthetics, recognizing her outstanding skill and commitment in the field. She is also recognized as a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) for Promoitalia, an esteemed Italian company at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.
Currently, Dr. Khrom sees patients at her private practice. She has a sterling reputation in New York and beyond, known for her exceptional skill and in-depth knowledge. Additionally, she is a national presenter, as well as the author of multiple medical textbook chapters and research articles.

Viktoryia Kazlouskaya, MD, Ph.D.
Dr. Viktoryia Kazlouskaya brings extensive international experience, earning her medical degree and Ph.D. from Vitebsk State Medical University in Belarus. After serving as Chairman of the Dermatovenereology Department at Gomel State Medical University, she furthered her training in the United States, completing her Dermatology residency and a Dermatopathology Fellowship. Dr. Kazlouskaya is dedicated to a multidisciplinary dermatology approach and is interested in hair loss and skin cancer.
Marina Perper, MD
Dr. Marina Perper is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Her clinical expertise spans the full spectrum of dermatologic care, including skin cancer detection and treatment, acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, and hidradenitis suppurativa as well as cosmetic procedures such as injectables, lasers, and other skin rejuvenation devices.
After graduating with honors from the University of Miami, she completed a prestigious year-long clinical research fellowship at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, where she went on to earn her medical degree, graduating at the top of her class. She subsequently completed her preliminary medicine internship and dermatology residency at Northwell Health, where she served as Chief Resident in her final year.
Dr. Perper has authored over 40 publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals and has presented nationally on topics such as skin cancer prevention, hair loss, and autoimmune skin disorders. She is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Academy of Dermatology, the Skin of Color Society, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
Dr. Perper is committed to providing individualized, high-quality, and compassionate care to each of her patients. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, exploring new brunch spots in the city, and caring for her dog, Annie.
Grigoriy Mashkevich, MD
Dr. Grigoriy Mashkevich is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon who specializes in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery of the face, nose, and neck. He is double-board-certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and is a UCLA Fellow.
Dr. Mashkevich graduated with honors from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York, having completed his undergraduate degree at Columbia College. This was followed by a general surgery internship at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. He later received specialty training in head and neck surgery at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary (NYEEI) of Mount Sinai, followed by a one-year sub-specialty training program in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at UCLA.
His primary practice, Specialty Aesthetic Surgery, is in New York City. He is also an associate of the NYEEI and educates residents and fellows. He has lectured here and abroad and contributed scientific research papers and literature to many peer-reviewed textbooks and journals.
Dr. Mashkevich is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, American Medical Association, New York Facial Plastic Surgery Society, Medical Society of the State of New York, and Alpha Omega Alpha. According to Castle Connolly, he was peer-rated as one of NYC’s Top Doctors in 2023.
Anna Frants, MD
Dr. Anna Frants, MD, is a distinguished facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon, board-certified and fellowship-trained, with expertise in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures for the face, nose, neck, eyebrows, eyelids, and ears.
Dr. Frants earned her medical degree with honors from Stony Brook University School of Medicine and completed a prestigious one-year research fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, delving into the complexities of perineural invasion in neck and head cancers. After completing her rigorous training at New York University School of Medicine, Dr. Frants undertook a five-year residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, during which she served as Chief Resident at prestigious institutions including NYU Langone. Maria Levin is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 8 years of experience. She holds a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Long Island University and specializes in medical dermatology.

Dr. Fredlyn “Lola” Lolange, DNP, NP, is a multi-specialty Nurse Practitioner and advanced aesthetic injector known for her refined, natural approach to facial harmony and full-face balancing. With more than 15 years of experience in Internal Medicine at NYU, she blends clinical expertise with an artistic vision that honors each patient’s unique features, identity, and confidence.

Nana has nearly ten years of dermatologic experience, and she has been with Khrom Dermatology for more than five years. She attended NYU, completing undergraduate studies in the pre-medical program. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, graduating in 2000. She then completed Long Island University’s Physician Assistant program, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree. She is dedicated to patients and medical dermatology treatment.
Hanieh Rokni, PA-C
Hanieh Rokni is a board-certified Physician Assistant in New York specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology. She completed her undergraduate degree in Public Health Science at the University of Maryland, College Park. She then went on to work as a medical assistant at one of the top dermatology practices in the D.C./MD/VA area. Here is where Hanieh discovered her passion for medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
Hanieh received her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Hofstra University – Northwell Health and is a proud member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA). She completed the Diplomate Fellowship through the SDPA and an intensive dermatology training program under exceptional NYC doctors.

Zina Goldvekht, PA-C
Zina Goldvekht has been a board-certified physician assistant since 2005. She earned her Bachelor of Science from NYU and her PA degree from Pace University-Lenox Hill Hospital. Zina completed specialized training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering and additional training at NYU Downtown Hospital.
Early in her career, she worked in the Lenox Hill Hospital ER, where she also precepted PA students. A member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology of Physician Assistants, Zina focuses on both medical and cosmetic dermatology. Her specialties include acne treatment, scar care, and managing conditions like rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, and alopecia. She also has extensive experience with cosmetic treatments such as Botox®, fillers, lasers, PRP, and microneedling.
