What should I expect during my treatment?

The first step in your AQUAGOLD treatment is to consult with one of our healthcare providers about your cosmetic goals. We will evaluate your skin and learn about your medical history and use this in combination with the knowledge we have gained about your desired end results to help you determine whether AQUAGOLD is right for you, and if so, what therapeutics should be used in the treatment.

Many patients worry that the treatment will be uncomfortable due to the needles, but it is nearly painless. In fact, we don’t even need to use a numbing cream during the treatment because it is so comfortable! We will gently pass the device over your face to deliver your customized therapeutics evenly. The whole treatment typically lasts less than an hour.

Aftercare and results

After your treatment is over, there is no downtime and no recovery, and you are free to resume your normal activities immediately afterwards. You may experience redness in your face following your treatment, but it typically subsides within a short period of time.

Many patients see amazing results after just one treatment, which can last for up to six months. Some patients will benefit from multiple treatments, depending on what issue they are specifically treating and their current skin.
